I grew up with film photography and even had a photo lab to process film and print photos. The switch to digital took some time, but I finally embraced it. As I shoot film today and use older cameras, I realize how far digital photography has come, certainly in ease of use and quality. My choice in digital has also changed throughout the years and I am currently using the Canon 6R. This camera is also exceptional and as I use it and occasionally go back to my Canon 5D, I also realize that more advancements have occurred.
